Event Description
The objective of this module is to help develop future Manufacturing leaders and hone their skills on manufacturing strategies, technologies and future trends in manufacturing enabling them to develop a Manufacturing Roadmap for their companies, integrating their current manufacturing practices with Industry 4.0 & Frugal Engineering.
At the core of this effort is the need to clearly differentiate their manufacturing processes from competitors, which they would find hard to emulate.
A schedule detailing the topics to be covered in the module and the nomination form are attached for your reference. The module will conclude with a plant visit in Mumbai on Saturday 18th November 2017.
The module is targeted towards Senior Managers, Decision Makers from all Manufacturing Segments.
